Midweek Meal Plan: Grilled Chicken Salad
With the tomato vines in the garden heavy with plump juicy tomatoes, it seems the perfect time to serve up a hearty, healthy salad in our mid-week meal plan. This recipe is delicious and very low-carb. You can add a small whole-wheat roll or some fresh fruit on the side to reach the recommended Protein-Carb-Fat ratio.
